FAQ's

WHO SUPPLIES THE CLEANING PRODUCTS?

We provide our own equipment including: vacuums, buckets, mops, cleaning rags and feather dusters. You the client are asked to provide all products necessary to clean your home. The reason we ask this is our client base is over 300 on a monthly basis and most homes require different needs.


DO YOUR EMPLOYEE’S CLEAN BEHIND HEAVY FURNITURE?

We do not use ladders or move items more than 20 pounds to protect our employees from injury. If you would like cleaning behind heavy objects, please move prior to your cleaning.


WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?

We have three methods of payments: cash, check or credit card for your convenience. Payment is expected the day your service is provided. An estimate is giving according to the size of your home and any special attention your home needs. These rates are subject to change as the condition of your home changes. Returned Checks are subject to a $30.00 fee. 


WHAT IF I NEED TO SCHEDULE SOMETHING EXTRA?

If you would like to schedule additional work done in your home other than what is in your service contract please call at least one week in advance so we can schedule extra time for your crew to be in your home. Additional fees may apply.


WHAT IF I NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE TO MY REGULAR SCHEDULE?

If you would like to reschedule or skip a cleaning you must phone the office at least 24 hours in advance so you do not receive a service charge of $25.00 plus tax. We do reserve the right to cancel schedule cleanings due to inclement weather at no additional cost to you. We are closed on major holidays, if your scheduled day falls on a holiday we will reschedule you for another day during your normal week if possible. Cancelling more than 1 consecutive cleaning may result in extra charges on your next regular scheduled cleaning.


HOW DO THE CLEANERS GET INTO MY HOME?

We prefer a client to provide us with a key for access to your home. This is the best way of entry, but if this is not possible you will be responsible for having another way of entry. If you have a security alarm it is your responsibility to provide us with a code or disable the system the day of your service. We are not responsible for any fees associated with your alarm. Locksmith fees are only paid if we misplace your keys. If for some reason we cannot access your home on your day of cleaning there will be a service charge of $25.00 plus tax.


WHAT IF THE GIRLS MISSED SOMETHING IN MY HOME?

We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service please call and we will return within 24 hours at no additional charge to you.


DO YOU HAVE REFFERENCES?

Yes we do have references and they are available upon request.
